The Senior Director, AI Strategy & Enablement defines the enterprise AI direction by centralizing prioritization and guiding the organization toward the highest-value, insight-driven opportunities. This role drives alignment across business and technology leaders, advancing the right proof-of-concepts through clear evaluation criteria, strong governance, and disciplined enterprise decision-making. It elevates colleague capability by enabling enterprise AI tools, building workforce literacy, and shaping the standards that ensure responsible and confident adoption. The result is a coordinated, future-ready AI ecosystem that sharpens decision-making, strengthens operations, and enhances the customer experience.

Essential skills:

Helpful skills:

  • Training and workforce enablement program design

The role also requires a voracious appetite to learn and apply new skills. You should be skilled at building web-based software or mobile apps and excel at learning new languages and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach managers and individual contributors, raising the talent bar across the Enterprise Data and Analytics team
  • Inspire and influence senior leaders to adopt AI-driven transformation across the enterprise
  • Develop and communicate the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Build and lead a high-performing AI Center of Excellence with strong governance and best practices
  • Enable foundational, reusable AI capabilities to support enterprise-wide adoption
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities
  • Oversee the AI initiative portfolio to ensure delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions
  • Drive organizational readiness through enablement, training, and change management programs
  • Establish KPIs to measure AI impact on business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Champion responsible AI practices and lead governance through the AI Council and Task Force
  • Manage team budgets and participate in financial planning and reviews

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 12+ years of experience in scaled business insights, data, or analytics organizations, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Has a strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering enterprise-level AI solutions
  • Brings deep AI, ML, and governance expertise
  • Combines technical depth with strong business and strategic thinking
  • Is a lifelong learner who fosters innovation and continuous improvement
  • Can operate effectively in a fast-moving, enterprise environment

Travel Requirements:

This position requires mandatory travel to attend two key company-wide events annually. These events are essential for our organizational goals and provide valuable opportunities for team engagement and collaboration. The company will arrange and cover all travel and accommodation expenses. Additional travel related to the role may also be required to travel.

This role is based in Atlanta and requires frequent meetings with clients at their offices and in public places plus on-site quarterly planning 4x per year.
